Wissal Ibrahim is a law graduate of Paris Sorbonne Université - Abu Dhabi, holding both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International Business Law. She has developed a strong foundation in corporate and commercial legal matters, with particular experience within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment.
As part of the CSP function, Wissal assists in the management of client entities and corporate governance matters, supporting company incorporations, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance requirements. Her work includes reviewing and drafting agreements, managing signing and approval processes, preparing legal documentation, and liaising with clients and relevant authorities to ensure efficient handling of corporate matters.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
