Habiba Wahdan is a Senior Associate of Elnaggar & Partners’ UAE offices. She focuses on M&As, Corporate Advisory and Data Privacy.
With over six years of experience, Habiba has worked with various top-notch clients across the region in telecommunication, media, oil & gas, banking, automotive, education, industrial and finance sectors, she advises them on day-to-day legal matters, corporate governance, M&As. transactions, corporate secretarial work, employment, cross-border transactions and assisted them in drafting their internal regulations. Also, she has acted as the head of contract department for one of the biggest holding companies in Egypt and its 12 subsidiaries, this company is specialized in the industrial, agriculture and food sectors.
Prior to joining Elnaggar & Partners, Habiba has worked and trained in various well known law firms across the region and worked as an in-house lawyer in a leading company in Egypt.
