Legal Notice: A formal written communication, prepared in accordance with a legal provision or contractual agreement, served by one party (person, establishment, or entity) upon another. This communication serves to:
- Request a specific action be taken.
- Warn of potential legal consequences for non-compliance.
- Inform of a legal complaint.
Legal notices function as a formal mechanism to initiate communication regarding a legal matter before resorting to litigation.

Whats Included

- Drafting of a legal notice. We will draft a legal notice based on your case analysis and send it to you for review and approval.
- Power of Attorney drafting. If needed, our expert will provide a Power of Attorney draft in English and/or Arabic languages.
- Serving a legal notice. Upon your approval, we will send the legal notice to your opponent via registered mail, or email (all contact details to be provided by you).
- Privacy. Everything you discuss with our expert is confidential and protected by the law.
Whats Not Included
- Study of large documents. Examining more than ten pages of supporting documents requires additional fees
- Negotiations with your opponent. We do not handle settlement negotiations. Further assistance requires a separate agreement.
- Power of Attorney. Expenses for legal translation, attestation, and courier delivery are your responsibility.
- Translation and/or notarization of documents, notary public attestation services, or notary attestation fees.
- Any additional advice or work by our consultant beyond the scope mentioned above
