General Manager CSP - Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Corporate Services division

• Oversee end-to-end company formation and restructuring projects

• Supervise Due Diligence, KYC, AML/CFT compliance processes

• Liaise with UAE authorities and free zone regulators

• Ensure timely corporate filings, renewals, and statutory compliance

• Implement and improve internal operational processes and controls

• Manage and mentor corporate services team members

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and authorities

• Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth
